In October 2016, we published a book of letters
by young people to their younger selves all about their mental health experiences. |
We've also been doing visits to schools, colleges and
universities to talk about mental health in young people and dispelling popular myths and misconceptions. Want us to visit your school? |
Hannah ToddFounderHannah is 23 years old and is an assistant editor at Canelo
(a UK digital publishing company). She started the project as a university project in 2014 following a diagnosis of Depression and Anxiety. After an overwhelming response she decided to set the project up as a charity so she could continue creating books and events to raise awareness of mental health issues in young people. |
Jenny HowardDesignerJenny recently graduated from Leeds University and is now working as a freelance Graphic Designer in London. Jenny is behind the branding and design of Hello Me, It’s You as well as being a trustee and key to the day-to-day running of the charity!
